Peer-reviewed manuscript and oral presentation

Presenters may submit a full manuscript that will be peer-reviewed and included in our digital repository. To submit a manuscript, submit an abstract by August 15th, then your draft manuscript by September 15th and your final manuscript will be due on October 15th. These will be peer-reviewed and, if accepted, will be published in our digital repository for the conference. At least one author must be a member of the Stratospheric Ballooning Association for consideration. Authors may present in person or may pre-record their presentation.

Poster Presentation

Those who wish to present a poster may submit an abstract by August 15th. A final version of your poster is then due on September 20th. Posters will be included in our digital repository but will not be peer-reviewed. Students that submit a poster will be eligible for the poster competition, and the winners will be announced at the conference.

Exhibit

People or groups may wish to show off their work, such as hardware, software, or multimedia. Therefore, we have an exhibit option where a table and power will be provided. Exhibitors may also have a poster as well. Select the exhibit option if a student group wishes to have a poster and exhibit. Student groups will also be eligible for the student competition if they have both a poster and exhibit.

Deadlines

All abstracts are due August 15th, 2022

All abstracts should be between 250-500 words with a maximum of 500

Draft Manuscripts are due September 15th, 2022

Digital versions of the poster are due September 20th, 2022

Final manuscripts are due October 15th, 2022
